The set is not forwarding mail, they didn't do it with New Moon and they won't to it with Eclipse.

And you can be sure if this address would be posted that it would get spam with mail.

And for the Hotel: For New Moon the cast were staying in different hotels, Rob was in a different one then Kristen.
