The Motel Life is only an optioned property i.e it's nowhere near the filming stage - there isn't even a director attached.
Mystery White Boy again, is at the script stage & there's no director attached.

James has just signed on for these projects, but there's no real information about them, so I'm guessing it'll probably be a while before either are made.

According to Imdb James Franco is filiming The Motel Life and Mystery White Boy - anyone got a vv address for these so I can write to him?
