Did you ask the Production company if they would forward? Because production companies never forward.
You need to ask the Production company for the "production office" phone number. Then call the PO and ask "them" if they forward and what the address is.
Edit:
I just called the Production Company for you guys and asked for the PO phone number. I was told that there isn't one set up for this production yet, and to call back in two weeks.
So, if you call in two weeks ask them for the "Production Office" phone number. Then call that number and ask: Is this the on set production office for True Grit?
If they say yes ask if they forward fan mail to the actors on set.
If they say yes ASK if that will go to the actor's on set, or to their assistants on set. Make certain that is not going to their agency or publicist. It is VERY important you establish that.
Then if they say yes it will go to their assisant and get to them, ask for that address and read it back to them.
Then ask how you set that up:
Actor's name
"name of movie"
c/o set address
If that is okay they will tell you that.
If they don't give a floor, building, stage, room, suite number, ask if there is one that needs to go with that. More than once they have not given it to me.
Ask if that needs to be put in care of someone in the office. Usually they say no. BUT when I got my Matt Damon success they told me to put it in care of someone. So that may be very important.
You need to read my instructions of calling prodution offices stickied at the top of this forum. Larisie put it there for me.
