I believe that's the location they're using, but the postal code should be M4M 0A1, not M4M 0A4 (which is invalid).

They already shot their scenes in Vancouver. {up}

I have heard they are filming in vancouver ...http://www.moviehole.net/201024327-edgerton-talks-the-thing but i think they are actually filming in both b.c. and toronto.

yes that address is correct because i checked the ontario film office and that is the address given they are filming till june 17
