Very well said. One of the best posts I have read. This section is called ADD/request a vv address. If people don't like it, GET THE RULES CHANGED! Lol sorry to yell,but it really is my pet peeve on the board haha.
So you would rather the address get posted in public and get spammed and ruined for everyone than having the address sent via PM to everyone who wants it??
Your train of thought has been exposed as incoherant fear mongering. However, whether it can/will/could be spammed is irrelevant. The point is the ''big-brother'' editing of posts that break no rules. Mods are not here to implement their own agenda, they are here to uphold the rules of the board. If everyone hates this section so much, it should simply be gotten rid of.
And as someone else said, if you reply to every pm you get, it will still be ''spammed''. In fact, if we are all so worried about spam,why does this site exist? Won't all the db addy's get ''spammed''?
