Our Town- Sydney Theatre

Just wondering if someone could help me out. An actor I want to write to is going to be in a production at the Syndey Theatre Co.
I found two addresses for the theatre, a postal address and then just an address. Which one do you normally use for a theatre as I'm a little unsure. Also does anyone know if Syndey Theatre Co pass on fan mail to people performing in their productions?
