I will be sending everything in a bubble mailer, including a gold marker for them to sign provided my photos are very dark and they might not have a bunch of different markers to use. I thought Brooks & Dunn signed V.V. and tried, but didn't hear anything back. They must be busy on their last Rodeo Tour. Ill try their agency, hopefully they'll answer all remaining fanmail!
