For premieres you usually don't have the opportunity to buy tickets as they aren't open to the public and restricted. Though I'm not certain how things work in the UK seeing as I'm not from there. But I'm pretty sure the same goes over there as it does in the USA. If you want to catch a glimpse of the celebs at the red carpet then you don't need a ticket. But the release is over a year away, so there's no telling if there will even be another UK premiere.
