Thank you very much I'm gonna try first without because I haven't exactly used paypal and I don't think I'm allowed to buy them like that if i'm not allowed to get IRCs from my parents but thank you very much for offering

Some will. If you explain in your letter that you couldn't get stamps, they'll understand.

If you do need US stamps let me know, I work at the post office and can get you what ever you need. Paypal payment is prefered.

Hi ok I'm new to the via venue thing...
And probably this has been answered somewhere else but I can't find it at the moment...

I know its best to include Photos of your own and a SASE...
But I'm not able to send SASE's... since I can't get any stamps from the US and I'm not allowed to buy IRCs...
Do they send back when you only send a SAE?
