Koko London question

Hello,

I sent an email to Koko regarding sending fan mail. There is an artist coming next week and unfortunately due to medical reasons I am now unable to attend so I wanted to send a fan mail. I checked on the forum and Koko is on the list of venues passing fan mail.
Here is their reply: "Hi there, sorry we do not do this, you will need to contact her via her web site"

Should I still try? I wanted to send a CD cover and don't want to lose it...
