The address you have posted is the address of the production company, not the filming location. It is different because Pittsburg is the exact place where the filming is taking place, but New York is where the production company is, not the filming location. You can write to the exact filming location, but usually, you can still write to the production company instead. Production companies will usually do forward people's requests, so you can write there.
You can send your letter there whenever they are filming. Visit IMDB and check out the filming state(it is sometimes updated late though, so be aware!) and only send there when it is being filmed. You should not write when the movie is in post-production, because it means filming has finished and the cast has left.
Good luck with your request!

Hi, sorry to ask, but if I wrote to that address is there a good chance it will come back?
And would it take long?
Sorry, I have never done a via venue for a film!
Thank you!
I can't tell, who knows? It's always worth a try though, isn't it?

But what I can tell you is that many A-list celebrities sign via venue but not through their agencies, so you are usually more likely to get success if you write via venue.
I can't be sure if it would take long or not either. No one knows. According to admin though, if you don't get a response within 6-8 months, then try again because something could have happened to your letter.
Good luck and if you need any further help, please let me know!
