I would contact the organisers and ask if they are able to pass on mail. If you don't get a reply at all then I would think that it's extremely unlikely.
At a theatre you have a fixed point of entry, proper dressing rooms in the same place they've always been, and run by people who are used to putting mail in a certain place along with everything else, while four-day festivals held on a 700 acre farm tend to be great sprawling things generally being run in a fairly frantic way by a lot of people who don't usually work together, who are not going to be on duty for the whole festival, with artists coming and going and probably not hanging around backstage for any length of time.
There are loads of other threads on here about what to put on the envelope, when to send etc., but I'd make contact with them first.
