To be honest, there isnt a particular venue in mind to contact. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever contacted a tour promotor and if so, how did they do it? where can we find this info out?

I have emailed venues to ask for a particular artists tour promotor to contact but I havent got any response (its been a week now)

First check this info posted in the via venue section to see if others have had successes from the venue you want to send to.

and then send to the venue address with the person's or group's name on the envelope in advance of their appearance with a SASE and an item to sign.

Firstly i'm not sure if this is in the right section so if it isnt I apologise in advance.

What I need help on is finding out artists tour promoters. I have no clue where to look. I've tried the artists websites and places like ticketmaster US and UK but it doesnt give any details.

So what to do next?? I've emailed some arenas but yet to get any response.

Is there anything else I can do to find out?

PS. Also, once I get hold of their tour promoters how do I go about requesting an autograph from them? Do I send the fanmail to the arena they're at but address it to the tour promoter, if that makes any sense? As I some arenas specify to contact the tour promoters....
