Yes. You will address one envelope TO the celebrity and put your letter, SASE and photo(s) IN that one. On the SASE you will want stamps of the country the venue is in so the celebrity can mail it back to you. (Example: if the venue is in Canada, you will need to put Canadian stamps on the SASE and YOUR countries stamps on the letter TO the celebrity)
