It's the same address for part 1 and 2. I read in an interview that she would be in and out of New Zealand for the course of a year, so you might still get her at a later point.

I think so. Though I definately could be mistaken.

I have seen on Elijah Wood's IMDB page,that he is filming the second part of "The Hobbit". The via venue is the same for "part 1" and "part 2"? IMDB sais the filming location is in New Zealand.
