Some Disney Channell celebs get their mail let's say, for instance, Debby Ryan used to (And still does) reply to fan mail from that address. But, for instance, Selena Gomez or Miley Cyrus don't, because of their popularity. how it works is each celeb has their own box (Like a postal office one) to put fan mail in. Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus's boxes are probably overfilled that they don't have time for fan mail. Do you see what I'm trying to put on the table here? Some celebs do but it's pretty rare.
