I would only send one request per person and not group them all together in one envelope if you planned on doing that. because more then likely each envelope would be given to their managers and then passed onto the performer.

I've had very good success with Venues passing along my mail to performers. it's always best to email them first to make sure they will even pass along mail to begin with. if they don't, then I wouldn't send to that venue.

I always include photos or custom with EVERY request I send out whether it's to an agency or VV.

hope that helps! I you PM me the address I can show you how it's to be addressed.

Does Via Venue work? + what should I include?

Hi Guys,
I have never ever got a via venue response. I was going to send to an upcoming concert, but I'm worried I'm rather a) Doing something wrong or b) not including everything I should.
That raises me to ask two questions:
Does Via Venue (as in concert wise) work?
What Should I Include?

Usually, I include a letter and a sase, and occasionally a picture/index card, but most the time it's just a letter and a sase.

I'm writing to the Nokia Theatre LA Live on December 3rd (I'm sending it tomorrow). It's the KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball.
How exactly should I address the envelope since more then one artist is preforming?
