IRCs are difficult to get in some countrys. Some people on here exchange their countrys money for the countrys money that they are sending to. That would probably be a better idea then looking for IRCs.

Hello,
I am sending out of the country VV, to a studio filming a movie. I do not know how to get IRCs, and even if I did get them, would the actor be able to obtain stamps? How could I get Czech Republic stamps? I am very confused and in need of some help.
