That's the North Shore studios in Vancouver. They aren't using it what-so-ever. Twentieth Century Fox owns Mammoth Studios on Underhill and are filming Percy Jackson out of there. How do I know? I got Logan Lerman to sign a couple photos today at the studio. Send it to Brooksbank and you will be wasting money. Although sending to Logan in general isn't worth the effort. He doesn't like TTM. Very nice kid in person though.
