Both studios are owned by the same parent company so they should just forward the mail on to where ever the office is. That's what they did for my Chloe Moretz, I sent to Pinewood when Dark Shadows was being filmed at Shepperton

Filming has already begun. Kat Dennings has been over, filmed a bit and flew back to film 2 Broke Girls. On her twitter she did say 'Trip 1 to UK done.' so don't know if that means she'll be coming back to do more filming, hope so.

Probably both, maybe backlot on one and stages on other. Maybe they need the Bond stage.
Most of the filming is happening here with some additional filming at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios.
Both studios are owned by Pinewood so I don't think it matters which one you send to. The Shepperton address maybe the best one I sent tehere for Dark Shadows but it was being filmed at Pinewood and they forwarded my letters on.
I'm still going to wait a few weeks before I send anything.
