Sorry, no new info.
It is suggested filming may begin sometime in 2009, but there is no start date at this time. Only a suggested release in 2010.

A while back Jessica Alba hadn't even read the script, so I don't think they will start in a while.

The director and producer said they were working on other projects before starting this one. Since it has a projected release for 2009, they probably won't start until well into the new year.

For the moment it's been put on the "backrunner", if you will. Frank Miller will be filming 'The Spirit' before he films 'Sin City 2'. No talk of when filming for it will start, but if I find anything or anybody else does, please post it!

Hey there,

Everyone must be wondering what's going on with 'Sin City 2'? Well, seems as if filming is being pushed back even more and that Miller and Rodriguez will be doing each another film before 'Sin City 2' is even thought about being filmed.
