Liz Roca is the woman who will give the letter to Shakira! Address it like I gave it to you! It should work! I'm trying myself!!! I absolutely love Shakira!


I have done some research I emailed every one of her concert dates back in May and AAA Arena and Mandalay Bay was the ONLY ONE who passes on mail! The concert for Mandalay has passed!!!!
