Hey,
More than likely filming for 'Terra' is still going on. I would assume this, just because it is an animated film and most take a while to shoot and being able to get all the actors/actresses in to voice there parts take a lengthy amount of time. The only thing I might say is that there's no guarantee that Chris Evans is still there voicing his part. Either he has already completed or will be doing it soon. It all depends on their filming schedules and other things that may come up for them, such as promoting films, etc.
Sorry I can't be of more help, but personally I'd wait for something else to pop up filming wise for him!
