I was just searching for this myself, and double checked Pinewood Studios because I found another site that actually had 'Incendiary' in their filmography and I couldn't find this film discussed anywhere on the Pinewood Studios site, I even searched the film.

So, I think the production company is Dubious Films. Since we're unsure of when this is filming you can even e-mail then just to get some confirmation.
