Yes, this is in Florida. {up} To be honest though, I don't think your letter will arrive on time...
I would suggest that you send to another venue, since you are sending from overseas, I would send maybe 1 1/2 weeks before the performance date. In this case it ensures the safety of arriving on time and you could write something like (on the front of the envelope): "Please hold for Miley Cyrus until *tour date goes here*

I' new , so sorry , I live in Poland and I'm Magda
I please need Hannah montana / Best of both worlds tour , but I'm so new , that I don't know , what is totally Via venue , I read the forum , I'm not sure still....
For hannah , I've found this adress :

When should I send it ? Like 1 week before this time , ... ( should It get quicker , it will wait , or after the date )
