I usually send a week before. It takes a few days for them to sort the mail out in the mail room. Also, on the left hand bottom corner of the envelope you can write

EVENT DATE: January 26th 2007

oh one other thing...
how many days in advance should i send it out?
itll be on a saturday the 26th, so maybe 3 days before that date? or a week before?

i just wanted to make sure if this was the addy for the TBPAC:
cause im planning on writing taylor swift when she comes here
also how would i write the addy on the envelope?
like below Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center put Atten: Taylor Swift?
