This movie is probably not happening. Miller left. And now Warner is working on Green Lantern with Ryan Reynolds.

It sounds as if this film is up in the air right now. George Miller recently left the project and I'm not sure if they've found someone to replace him yet.
If anybody hears anything before I do, please don't hesitate to post. :)
