So my old neighbor meets celebrities a lot and one day he showed me that he got his children autographs from Hilary Duff and at the time I was a big fan, and still is but not as much. And so I asked him if he can please get me one too. And 4 months later he met her again and got me a personalized autograph!!! I started crying!!!!Its about 4 years old but hey its still Hilary!! Here it is...
