I met actor T.R. Knight who plays Dr. George O'Malley on ABC's Grey's Anatomy before the Hot in Hollywood event on August 16, 2008 in Los Angeles, CA.
Here is a scan of the autograph:

After that, I'm assuming he went home to change because I saw him again at the same place later that night and took another picture wit him:
