Some events have real fans there, I know the world music awards I went to in 2005 (Michael Jackson, Beyonce et al.) had real fans at the front, as do the BRIT awards as you can get tickets to stand there. :)

I know the people who stand around the stage and cheer are casted, and not real fans.

If you live in Liverpool, it would perhaps be worthwhile to go early and stand outside for the arrivals. You never know, you may get lucky. I wouldn't bother if I didn't live near the venue though!

Is anyone planning on going this year? I realy want to go but I've heard that MTV have casted for people to stand by the red carpet :? but I don't know how reliable this is. What does everybody think. Would it be worth the trip?
