So my friend was in the US, I can't remember where she went but it was sometime during oct-nov 08 she met Fuel, Killswitch Engage and a bunch of others, they signed a couple of stuff for her and she gave me a signed Fuel CD :)
They signed the CD itself and the lil booklet thing on the cover
