Hi there

Yesterday , I went to Manchester hoping to meet Sylvester McCoy - I've met him before but have a Doctor Who book signed by all the other Doctors ( except William Hartnell ) from the original series , and needed him big time on this . I've even booked Doctor Who Conventions recently where he is announced , only for him to cancel within days of the Con at least three times .

Sylvester is in Little Shop Of Horrors in Manchester , moves again next week ( I think to Liverpool ) . Got there too late to meet anyone before the play , so came back when it finished .

I met Clare Buckfield - got her to sign a flyer ; Roger Lloyd Pack ( just visiting - he is in another play in Manchester this week ) - got him to sign my Doctor Who book ; Clive Rowe - again , signed my Doctor Who book .

Saw, but didn't bother meeting Alex Ferns ( from Eastenders ) , or Damian Humbley ( don't know who he is ) , or Johnathan Wilkes ( also just visiting ) .

Out came Sylvester , got him to sign my DW book {thumb2} , a Doctor Who : The Movie DVD box ( now signed by Sylvester , Paul McGann and Eric Roberts ) , and 5 Doctor Who video covers .

Well chuffed I finally got the book signed - now have to get Chris Eccleston and David Tennant , something to aim for
