Yeah unfortunately the producer doesn't do much after the official opening. She "workshopped" a lot of it here with the Pre-West End U.S. National Tour about a year ago.

She won't be back (unless for an impromptu visit) until the closing, which hopefully won't be for a while :). I'd like to see this one transfer!

Guess because I'm used to seeing sound of music signs on there(been in that Theatre twice alread to watch TSOM)...haha!

Tonight I saw the "Sister Act" west end stage musical produced by Whoopi Goldberg. IT WAS BRILLIANT!!!

After the show I got some of the casts autographs, it was a huge cast as it included bug choruses for big numbers.

I got Ian Lavender from "Dad's Army" and "Eastenders", Shiella Hancock, one person unknown but he was great and the star of the show, Patina Miller who steps into Whoopi Goldberg's shoes. Unfortunately the role of producer is long over so Whoop Goldberg wasnt there. I would have loved to meet her.

I also had photos taken with Ian and Patina.

A great night! I recomend you see it but just so you know it is not a stage version of the film but a different storyline, the same premise but different, its just as good if not better than the film.
