Attended a special screening of "Camp on Blood Island" at the BFI in London tonight. The classic actress Barbara Shelley was present as she appeared in the 1957 film and many Hammer Films of the 50's and 60's. She spoke at some length before the film and signed autos before and after the screening - there were loads of people with posters, books etc. A great star, 76 years old and recently recovered from a stroke, she seemed genuinely pleased to meet her fans.
