Man I wish a good horror-con would come to NC or VA. Congrats

I went to Rock and Shock yesterday (horror convention in Mass), and got autographs from Malcolm McDowell (Rob Zombie's Halloween), PJ Soles (Original Halloween), and Adrienne King (Original Friday the 13th).

Here are the pics -

He wasn't very cheery in person, but it was still awesome to meet him.

PJ Soles -

She was very nice in person and very fan friendly. We had a conversation about the remake of the original Halloween film, and she told me a story about when her and her daughter went to see the remake in theaters. There was a sketchy guy who was fiddling around in a bag and looked around all paranoid, and her daughter wanted to leave. They went to get security but when they did, the guy was gone. Also, I told her the original Halloween was better, of course. :)

She was also very nice in person. Me and my girlfriend asked her if we could just get a quick picture with her, but she told us she was under a contract where she has to sign something (which was $20) but she said if we didn't have any money that's understandable. So she explained about a movie she was doing and telling us her website. She signed the little postcard sized movie info card, then we each got a picture with her.

I also got pictures with -

Bill Moseley (Devil's Rejects)
Sid Haig (Devil's Rejects)
Derek Mears (Friday The 13th '09)
America Olivo (Friday The 13th '09)
Arlen Escarpeta (Friday The 13th '09)
Tom Savini (From Dusk Til Dawn)
Kane Hodder (Friday The 13th 7-10)

I tried to get one with Margot Kidder (Original Amityville Horror), but i HAD to get something signed. She said "I wouldn't make any money if I were to sit here and let fans take pictures with me. Nice to meet you, though"
Also tried to get one with Jason Mewes (Clerks) but it cost $10 just to take a photo!
