I've just recently moved to the big city, Ottawa, ON from a small town in British Columbia. Before last night I had never stood outside a venue waiting to get an autograph so the entire experience was new for me. Anyway last night Country Music Legend George Jones was giving a concer just down the street from my building so at about 10:00 I walked over and stood by his bus. There was only one other person there waiting for an autograph. After about 45 minutes he came out with 2 secrity guards and when he saw us he smiled and said hello. He then told us that the boots he was wearing were killing his feet and he had to sit down but he took our stuff and went into his bus. After a few minutes the door opened and our items were returned to us signed by George. Didn`t get a picture with him but thats OK as he seemed kind of tired after the show and his feet did hurt so in my opinion he was very generous in just signing for us.
