The Lawrence Brothers IP success

met in person: 4/25/25

The next three guests I met at this year's Huntsville Comic and Pop Culture Expo are the Lawrence Brothers: Joey Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence, and Andrew Lawrence. I remember them starring in the 1995 television sitcom Brotherly Love which I remember watching on the Disney Channel a long time ago. I planned to get all three brothers to sign a photo of all three of them together. The first one I met is Joey Lawrence, the oldest of the three brothers. I told Joey that I received his autograph through the mail on 12/29/10 and that as a Disney fan, I like to know him best as the voice of Oliver in Oliver & Company. He told me he was nine years old when voiced Oliver and that he met the other cast members of the film, including Billy Joel. I told him that through the mail, I managed to an autograph from Billy Joel, as well as autographs from the other following cast members: Bette Midler, Dom DeLuise, and Cheech Marin. I told him that I also saw him in the 1991 crime drama film Chains of Gold, starring John Travolta and that I have his autograph through the mail as well. I paid $80 for autographs and a couple of selfies. I had him sign of photo of him and his brothers together and the other photo is of Oliver and Dodger which I received signed by Billy Joel through the mail on 12/19/08. The second one I met is Matthew Lawrence, the middle-born of the three brothers. I told Matthew that I remember him for playing the role of Sam Collins/Servo in the television show, Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad. I also did see him in Mrs. Doubtfire and told him that I thankfully had an autograph from Robin Williams through the mail. He also did the voice of Tombo in the English dub of the Studio Ghibli film, Kiki's Delivery Service. I paid $130 for autographs and a selfie. I had him sign the same photo I had Joey sign which is of all three brothers together and the other photo is of Servo. The third and final one I met is Andrew Lawrence, the youngest of the three brothers. The only thing I can point out about Andrew is that he was the voice of T.J. Detweiler in the Disney animated show, Recess. I paid $50 for his autograph. I had him sign the same photo I had Joey and Matthew sign which is of all three brothers together. It's amazing that I got to meet all three brothers at the same event. HALLEJULAH! :D I hope you like the pictures.
