Too bad my friend didn't turn off the flash, but here's my photo from the signing, wish it was as clear as yours...

Nice! I was there too. My buddy and I got stuck in traffic and showed up only half an hour before the signing began, fortunately we got to Ozzy though.

I agree, he was a great guy... seems to really appreciate his fans. I said "thank you to him" and he said "you're welcome". It was brief but I couldn't believe I was talking to Ozzy!

Nice picture by the way

Ozzy was at Book Soup on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood last night (Feb 2, 2010) as part of his book signing tour. It took about 3 hours to get through the line and get on the road. Ozzy was friendly and would look up when spoken to. When the guy ahead of me thanked Ozzy for coming, Ozzy responded by saying it was his pleasure and he thanked the fan for coming to see him. No mumbling either...he was soft spoken, but with easy pronunciation that was perfectly understandable. It was different than the East Coast signings because there weren't as many people (less than 1000 -- probably more like 800) and probably wasn't quite as rushed.

here are the scans of the book and Ozzy signing:
