SO-- I was faffing around on Twitter when I saw that Michelle Branch was holding a competiton of sorts whereby the first person to retweet got put on the guestlist of an elusive London show. It was about 7.30 and she was set to go on stage at 9.30 (also it was quite considerably out of my way, all the way on the DLR line). SO, I retweeted immediately, won the ticket and set off. It turned out to be the MINI COUNTRYMAN launch (!!), and Timbaland (and an awesome folktronica artist called James Yuill) were there too! Free food and drink ofcourse ; ) After Michelles brief set, I saw a few other of the people in the front row with me abandoned Timbaland to follow Michelle, so I did too. There were only like 5 people so I got to have a brief chat with her, and get pics and an autograph! : ) She's lovely IP, as is her manager!
