I'll answer since I'm here :)

99% of London premieres happen in Leicester Sq, a square closed at all times to public traffic, making it easy to set up premieres. Security are normally fine, there's a large crowd space so that it isn't all pushed into one area, and security are there, but normally don't cause a fuss, unless it's needed.

It can be rowdy, but the ones I have done have been fine (although I've not done many), but the ones I have done I have had no problem with pushing or with security (Clooney, Depp, Knightley, Winslet, Sigourney Weaver et al)

Some people I know have gone, and some dealers have been so pushy or violent that they've come back with broken watches or scratches, worst case I know of is of a woman going to try and get someone and ending up with a crakced rib from a pushing dealer.

bud simpson; no worries, i know you didnt mean to offend. In some sigs she was doing; Heart, DB, in others just DB. Agreed its the norm these days unless if you got her real low key. So jellous of your full one, sounds auwsome.

Didn't mean to offend you. Yes aprox.10 years ago Drew did sign a full name but unfortunately now it's a heart DB.
I remember around the time of the Donnie Darko premiere and when she was married to Tom Green, there were no other graphers around so I asked her if she could sign her "full" name. She signed every letter "Drew Barrymore Green"! One of the nicest Drew sigantures I've ever gotten. In a crowd situation this is what the norm is. Maybe, just maybe, if you catch her low key with only one or two people around you could ask her to sign a full name. Congrats again!
