For some reason the older generation bands are REALLY bad at signing. And the majority of bands think that anyone there waiting for them to sign something that isn't a ticket stub or a cd album is a seller! To be perfectly honest. The last few in person autographs that I've gone out for in the musician genre have almost turned me off to the whole in person collecting.
When I met Robby K walking into the local venue he gave me a funny look because I asked him to sign a guitar pick guard. I could tell from his facial expression that he reluctantly signed it only because he didn't want to seem like a jerk in front of people, but in the back of his mind he really didn't want to sign because he thought i was going to turn around and sell it.
