Thanks everyone.
Yeah after the show directly across from me on the other barrier were 3 dealers that I have seen at other places before with their bags of numerous vinyls, cds, photos, everything. I had one behind me and after I got mine I ducked so people could reach over but once I saw him behind me I just stood back up to block him lol

That doesn't surprise me to be honest. Billy Joe is huuuuuge in the music world and hugely popular with pre-teens and teens so it doesn't surprise me one bit he drew a huge crowd.

Yesterday I went into NYC with my friends to try and meet Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day after his matinee performance of American Idiot. Before the show he arrived to a swarm of screaming girls and the entire time he walked to the door to enter he was getting grabbed and pulled, it was horrible and out of control.
After the show the crowd was HUGE. Luckily I was able to find a nice spot one person deep. When Billie came out everyone went absolutely nuts. Surprisingly he signed a good amount and I managed to get him to sign 2/2 for me.
