I love Morris Gleitzman's books.
Two Weeks with the Queen is defintely one of my favourites. I read and studied it in Year 7 English. It was so good that I couldn't sell it to anyone else after year 7, and I still read it occasionally when I'm bored. At the moment, the book is sitting on my shelf waiting for the next opportunity to be read..lol.
Great success Lucas42. Thanks for posting!
