Nikki is the man. I got in line a little after 6am to get my wristband Thursday morning in Philly. I was in group B, about 75 people in front of me. Got in line at about 4:45, Nik showed up around 6:15. I got up to the signing table around 6:15. It took over a half hour for the 75 people ahead of me to get through, 'cause Nik was actually taking time to talk to everyone. When I finally got up to the table, I told him how much his music has helped get me through tough times in my life, and he stopped writing to make eye contact, listen, and really talk to me. Just an awesome experience. For a signing that gave out 800 or so wristbands, this was as personable as I've seen anyone be. Just an amazing experience.
