I dont buy it either, plus he just admited that he broke one of ebays listing policies, ie putting an item up for auction you have no intention of actually selling.

If he really wants to get it valued for insurance thats, what his innsurance agent is there for, not only that but there are many reputible autograph apprasiers who can be consulted as well.
