That's cool! I met them last summer at Heavenfest. They were all so cool and down to earth. I waited in the hot sun for a good hour and a half for a quick picture, while their meet and greet ran long. (You couldn't go to one and get the other. ) Some kids in front of me got people in the meet and greet line to autograph some stuff, and I wish I had done that, but I'm still glad I got to meet them somehow!

Partial Skillet (band) success

Alright so this is hardly even a "success" but I'll post it anyway. Today, I saw Skillet, one of my all time favorite band's, playing up at Summerfest in Milwaukee. A couple hours before they played, I could see the band off to the side of the stage taking pictures with a bunch of fans so I thought I'd try my luck. I got to a fence, but a security guy there said you needed special wrist bands to get back stage with the band... figures. So I was about to turn away, when all of a sudden the bands violinist popped out of no where right next to me  . I realized who it was right away, and started talking to him. We talked for a few minutes and I got a picture with him (as neither of us had a pen/marker and I had nothing for him to sign). So I got to talk with him for a little bit, and got a picture with him. Obviously this isn't an autograph success, but it sure was awesome meeting a member of my favorite band so unexpectantly!

Heres the pic... None of us look real great as we'd all been out in the 100 degree heat for about 5 hours at this point haha  . But I'm the one with the bright shirt:http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/687/violinb.jpg/
