That's what they're charging presently. I agree with you, that unless you have money to spend the prices are pretty steep. I got all of them 15-20 years ago when the autographs were still reasonabley priced($20-$35), You can write them off as charity donations on your taxes, they provide certificates of authenticity, and I'd like to think that if they're using their charitees as a means to raise money for their respective organizations their integrity is at stake. The 'free' autographs that we get through the mail are probably more open to "ghost signers"...

90% of the world would call you crazy paying those kind of fees for autographs that you weren't there to see them sign in person. But if it makes you happy to think that they sit around all day signing the 1000s of requests then that's great.

I wanted to start a forum for Mets fans like others have done for MMA, wrestling, comic books, etc. where Mets fans can post addresses where they have had TTM successes. A little bit about myself: I have been a Mets fan for almost 40 years. During that time I've met a who's who of players. Some of the names in my collection include-Tom Seaver, Mike Piazza, David Wright,Nolan Ryan, Willie Mays, Yogi Berra, Keith Hernandez, Dwight Gooden, and Daryl Strawberry among others.
