I went to see his recent stage show 'Svengali' at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking on 17th March 2011. It was an absolutely fantastic show! As tradition, I went round to the stage door, with some other people, and waiting for Derren to come out. However, the theatre staff came out and said that Derren had a meeting and was unable to sign any autographs. So I went home. The next day I went onto Derren's Facebook page and it turned out he DID sign autographs the night I went, he was just running late! So I emailed Derren's manager and told him about what had happened and the next day I received a pre-signed autograph from Derren.
