Dunno about Great Expectations, met Helena loads of times so don't have anything special for her, ditto for Jeremy Irvine.

Will almost certainly do Quartet for Hoffman and Crossfire Hurricane. Possibly Bill Murray and Laura Linney's one too.

Why wouldn't Mo sign? I would've thought that if anybody would sign it would've been him?
Great successes though :) Do you have any more premieres or events planned?
Dunno how to say it, other than he's turned into an arse since his Olympics success. Pre-Olympics he was one of the nicest guys I'd met, always had the time to sign, pose and chat. He's one of my sporting heroes, and so for me it's incredibly sad to see. But he spent the weekend flanked by 7 or 8 security guards, whereas no one else had anyone. He also refused to sign for GNR volunteers at the startline whilst the other Olympic gold medallists that were starting it were happy to sign and pose.

Hmm.

Nothing planned as of yet as am back to uni next week.
Fame has got to his head :(

The Wallflower premiere is next Wednesday; although the venue hasn't been confirmed yet, but I think Emma Watson is going to be there. So if you're free on Wednesday... :D I've got some planned during the BFI film festival and October half term, but I haven't really planned anything other than that :)
I'm hoping after the 2012 hype has died down he'll revert to his old ways. Hopefully....

I can't do an Emma Watson premiere, anything other than a photo with now would be a failure for me. Will be making an appearance or two in the film festival though.

Great City Games - AWESOME!! INCL. OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL!

by James » Mon Sep 17, 2012 12:17 pm

Hi!

I went up to Newcastle a 4hr train ride away) yesterday for the Great North City Games, a free-to-watch athletics event held each year on the day before the Great North Run. I went last year (as I was running the GNR) and had a great time, so went up for the day this year. Also got to meet my collector friends Josh, Robin and Tom, so it was a great day.

Met loads of athletes, including Olympic medallists Greg Rutherford, Christian Taylor, Will Claye and Jason Richardson. Everyone was lovely and happy to sign, minus Mo Farah. {down}

I got a fair few bits signed, and a load of photos with. As well as watching most of the athletics on show (my highlight has to be the long jump!). However my highlight has to be this photo; me and Olympic triple jump champion Christian Taylor. He's holding the Great City Games trophy and wearing his medal from the days events, whilst I'm holding his 2012 Olympic Gold Medal! How awesome is this! :mrgreen:
