Was saoirse ronan nice? I hope she was!
Yes, I think Saoirse seemed pretty lovely. She was signing very fast, but still seemed nice and also stopped when fans wanted to take a picture with her, which is something the rest of the cast, expect for maybe Tilda, didn't do.

Well, at the premiere he actually signed a few autographs. Not many, but he did come over. But while he signed, I had the impression he was standing as far away from the fans as possible while doing so. Everyone had to hold out the stuff they wanted to have signed quite far onto the carpet. I haven't seen something like that with another actor. So although he was signing, he wasn't really nice while doing so, that was just my subjective impression. Additionally, other cast members signed at other places, e.g. at the airport, or at least in front of the press conferences (there always are barricades for fans as well during the Berlinale) and from what I heard Edward didn't do so. Yeah. He wasn't being unfriendly in a direct way, but it was my impression of his attitude through what I saw of him in person, and additionally what I heard about him through others because of what I was like "that guy isn't very nice" afterwards. ;)

Congrats! Awesome successes! I wish I could be there.

I attended the 64th Berlin Film Festival for three days last week. At the Opening, the Grand Budapest Hotel world premiere and the Monuments Men premiere, I got many autographs. At the German premiere of American Hustle, I had no luck. But still I'm very happy with the list of actors who I managed to meet and get their autograph.
During the opening, I got autographs of for example Christoph Waltz (he didn't sign much so I really had luck to get him), John Hurt, Tom Payne (who was incredibly nice!) as well as some German actors (Heike Makatsch, Katja Riemann, Jasmin Tabatabai, Elyas M'Barek).
During the Grand Budapest Hotel premiere, I got autographs by Tilda Swinton who was very very nice, as well as Saoirse Ronan who I really wanted to get and Ralph Fiennes (who stopped signing just after mine). I didn't get autographs by Edward Norton (who wasn't nice), Lea Seydoux (who signed autographs where I was standing but apparently didn't want to sign my autograph book), Jeff Goldblum (who didn't sign autographs at all!) and Bill Murray. Bill was extremely picky about what he signed and I didn't get him, but I knew he would be at the Monuments Men premiere again so I still had hopes that I would get him there.
On friday, I didn't have luck when Bradley Cooper as well as Christian Bale switched to the other side before I got them.
At the Monuments Men premiere, I got autographs by George Clooney (who really signed many autographs! I got him twice during this one premiere), Matt Damon (who signed lots of autographs as well), Jean Dujardin and Bill Murray (finally!). John Goodman started signing directly to my left, but I couldn't manage to get his attention^^ And at the same time, Bill was to my right so I decided to try to get him instead and that worked, so I'm happy.

Here are photos of some of the autographs I got:
